• All of the treatments, my diplomas and certificates can be found on my website.

 

• The prices of the pamper parties are determined individually depending on the number of treatments, length and location.

 

• We provide only mobile therapies, meaning we visit clients at their homes, holiday houses, glamping and offices.

 

• The treatments are provided professionally with all our knowledge and over 14 years of experience as holistic therapists, with love, care and passion for your best benefits.

 

• In order to make an appointment, please read the following and accept the rules:

 

• Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays or other situations can occur sometimes. However, when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of our time, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please email or WhatsApp ur as soon as you know that you can no longer receive treatment within the time booked. We respectfully request at least 2 days' notice so we have enough time to book someone else instead.

 

• Please do not let us wait outside as we are carrying 20kg massage tables and bags full of towels and other equipment, and we will not put them on the ground as we don't want to bring dirt with us into your house and on the carpets.

 

• If there is no free parking space near your home, you will have to cover the parking fee.

 

• Do not try to negotiate our prices during or after the Pamper Party. If you agree to our fee during the booking process, you pay that amount on the same day. Otherwise, we will cancel the booking within 24 hours.

 

• If you are happy with your treatment, feel free to tip the therapist afterwards.

 

• If we give you our fee for the treatments, it's only for you, not for your friends or family. We set all treatment prices individually, so if you recommend our treatments, please do not suggest the price.

 

• If the conditions in your home are not sufficient to perform the treatments, e.g. there is not enough space to set the table and perform the treatment, the floor is littered with dust, kids or pet toys and other things, the room smells of cigarettes; additionally, if your skin condition requires medical treatment, we found you under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or there are any other contraindications to perform the treatment, there are any health or life-threatening factors at your house, we have the right to cancel our visit and keep the deposit if paid or order a fee of £20 as fuel and therapist time equivalent.

 

• If this is a home visit in Bristol for one or two treatments, a deposit is required to confirm a visit. The deposit has to be paid on the day of booking, and it is £20. The deposit is non-refundable and not transferable to another person. No deposit, no booking. Please put your name as a reference and let me know when your transfer is completed. Your appointment is booked once the deposit is received.

 

• If you cancel your booking less than a day before the appointment date, you will lose your deposit.

 

• During the treatment, only the person performing the massage and the person receiving the massage may stay in the room. The treatment is not a show for third parties, and no one else should be in the room so as not to disturb the procedure. The exceptions are treatments for children; one parent or adult family member can stay in the treatment room with the children. 

 

• CONTRAINDICATIONS TO PERFORM THE TREATMENT: 

Any contagious skin disease, i.e. impetigo, scabies, chickenpox, mumps, verruca, etc.;

Glaucoma;

Any form of infection, inflammation, disease or fever;

Severe psoriasis or eczema;

High blood pressure;

Haematoma;

Conjunctivitis;

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;

Hyperactivity and lack of patience;

Internal bleeding;

Severe varicose veins, i.e. phlebitis;

Diabetes - hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia;

Diarrhoea and vomiting;

Bacterial, viral, or fungal infections of the skin;

Open skin, fresh wounds, rashes, burns, bites, broken bones, scar tissue;

First trimester of pregnancy;

Any dysfunction of the nervous system;

Chemotherapy or radiotherapy

 

• Before the appointment, please do not drink alcohol, coffee, or energy drinks, do not eat stimulants, i.e. slimming pills, and watch out for other substances that accelerate the heart rate.

 

• I do not provide any other treatments or services that are not included in my price list.
